But when Mr. Kaasgaaf arrived at the Cotton Candy House, Mrs. Suikerspin was nowhere to be found. She had vanished. From the letter he has Jul and Julia read, it soon becomes clear what has happened. The villains have kidnapped Mrs. Cotton Candy! Jul, Julia, and Mr. Kaasgaaf must come up with a plan to rescue Mrs. Cotton Candy and defeat the villains.
