Park Rules

These rules and guidelines have been established to make your visit—and that of our other visitors—as pleasant as possible. By entering the park, you, as a guest, agree to these rules.

1. Admission

1.1 Parking your car in the parking lots of Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park is entirely at your own risk. Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park is not liable for any damage incurred in the event of a break-in or theft from your car. This also applies if the damage is caused by a storm, fire, hail, explosion, or other extraordinary events.
1.2 Access to the park grounds is permitted only with a valid admission ticket. The right of access ends upon leaving the park.
1.3 Children under the age of twelve are admitted to the amusement park only when accompanied by an adult.
1.4 It is prohibited for anyone to remain in the park outside of opening hours.
1.5 Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park reserves the right to change opening days and/or hours during the season.

2. General

2.1  Op rustige dagen, bijv. bij regenachtig weer, zijn de attracties afwisselend geopend. Dit wil zeggen dat elke attractie zeker gedurende 50% van de tijd open is. Omdat er minder bezoekers zijn, heeft iedereen de kans alle attracties meerdere keren te doen, zelfs meer dan tijdens een drukke dag.
2.2 Kinderpretpark Julianatoren behoudt zich te allen tijde het recht voor de gast, bij het overtreden van dit reglement of indien zij dit noodzakelijk acht, van het park te verwijderen. Bij Kinderpretpark Julianatoren geldt geen geld terug regeling.
2.2 Kinderpretpark Julianatoren wijst je erop dat er in het park sprake is van cameratoezicht ter bescherming van jouw en onze veiligheid en eigendommen.
2.3 Voor jouw en onze veiligheid dien je de aanwijzingen van onze medewerkers op te volgen.
2.4 Personen die onder invloed van alcohol of verdovende middelen zijn, dan wel handelen of in het bezit zijn van verdovende middelen, wordt de toegang tot het park geweigerd of zullen uit het park worden verwijderd.
2.5 Fysiek of verbaal geweld, dan wel anderszins ongewenst gedrag jegens andere bezoekers en/of medewerkers van Kinderpretpark Julianatoren wordt niet getolereerd. Gasten die zich aan dergelijk gedrag schuldig maken, zullen onmiddellijk uit het park worden verwijderd. De politie kan hierbij ingeschakeld worden.
2.6 Het dragen van wapens of andere gevaarlijke voorwerpen is verboden. Kinderpretpark Julianatoren behoudt zich het recht voor de bezitter hiervan uit het park te verwijderen, eventueel in samenwerking met de politie.
2.7 Roken is alleen toegestaan in de rookzone achterin het park.
2.8 Het verkopen en/ of distribueren van goederen is niet toegestaan zonder vooraf schriftelijke toestemming van Kinderpretpark Julianatoren te hebben gekregen.
2.9 Het is medewerkers van Kinderpretpark Julianatoren toegestaan uw tas(sen) in te zien.
2.10 Het is niet toegestaan gebieden te betreden buiten de aangegeven looproutes, paden en picknickplaatsen.
2.11 Het is niet toegestaan te zwemmen of te baden in de vijvers van Kinderpretpark Julianatoren.
2.12 Het is niet toegestaan om met fietsen, skates, een step of andere voertuigen, met uitzondering van een rolstoel of kinderwagens, het park te betreden.
2.13 Het is toegestaan om honden aangelijnd mee te nemen in het park, mits de honden eerst in het bos bij de parkeerplaats uitgelaten worden. Het is niet toegestaan om huisdieren mee te nemen in de attracties en in het Jul & Julia Theater. Ongelukjes ruim je zelf op. Een hondenschepje kun je afhalen bij de portier van de hoofdingang. Tussentijds mogen de honden uitgelaten worden in het bos (bij de parkeerplaats). Het baasje krijgt dan een stempel op zijn hand, zodat jullie daarna weer naar binnen kunnen.
2.14 Het gebruik maken van radio’s, soundblasters of andere indringende muziekdragers is niet toegestaan.
2.15 Bij diefstal zal te allen tijde contact worden opgenomen met de politie.
2.16 Kinderpretpark Julianatoren behoudt zich altijd het recht om gedurende het seizoen de horeca- en/of toegangsprijzen te wijzigen.

3 Attractions and Shows

3.1 For safety reasons, bags and/or loose items are not permitted on certain rides. Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park accepts no liability for damage to or loss of items left behind, nor for items handed over to our staff. On rides where this is permitted, it is done entirely at your own risk.
3.2 Safety is our priority. Everyone is required to adhere to the rules in and around an attraction. These can be found on the sign at the entrance to the attraction and may be provided by staff. Anyone who willfully ignores instructions and usage guidelines may be denied access to the attraction by a staff member.
3.3 Certain attractions have height, build, and/or health requirements. These limits are enforced for the safety of the guest. If a guest is unable to participate in an attraction due to these requirements, Kinderpretpark Julianatoren does not offer a refund.
3.4 For safety reasons or due to technical malfunctions, attractions and shows may be closed during your visit. This information is posted at the park entrance and on our website. The staff at Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park will do their utmost to reopen the attraction and/or show as soon as possible. No refund policy applies in this case.
3.5 In the event of exceptional weather conditions (including strong winds, heavy rain, hailstorms, and thunderstorms), Kinderpretpark Julianatoren is required to temporarily close attractions and shows in accordance with safety procedures. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
3.6 Use of the playground equipment is entirely at your own risk. Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park is not liable for improper use.
3.7 Guests who cut in line may be removed from the park.

4 Clothing

4.1 Even in high temperatures, visitors must wear at least a shirt, shorts, and shoes.
4.2 You may be denied entry to the park if you are wearing inappropriate clothing that undermines the family-friendly atmosphere of Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park.
4.3 For your safety and ours, wearing face-covering clothing is not permitted at Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park. If you do wear face-covering clothing, a park employee may ask you to remove it or refuse you entry to the amusement park. Face-covering clothing is clothing that completely covers the face or in which the eyes are not visible.

5 Photography and Videography

5.1 Photography and filming are permitted in the park, but only for personal use.
5.2 Photography and filming are not permitted inside the attractions themselves.
5.3 The publication of visual and/or audio material is prohibited unless the management of Kinderpretpark Julianatoren has granted prior written permission.

6 Liability

6.1 Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage suffered by the guest, unless such damage is the direct result of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park or one of our employees.
6.2 Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park accepts no liability whatsoever for the loss and/or theft of items you have brought into the park.
6.3 If you suffer damage or injury, you must report this to the information desk before leaving. Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park is no longer liable if the report is made after you have left the park.

7 Other

7.1 In any cases not covered by these park regulations, the management of Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park shall decide.
