- A season pass is strictly personal. It is not permitted to resell or lend season passes to third parties. In the event of unlawful use, Kinderpretpark Julianatoren is authorized to deny the pass holder further access to the park during the current season without any form of refund.
- Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park has the right to request identification at the park entrance.
- The buyer must provide complete and correct details. Providing incorrect or incomplete details may lead to the blocking of the subscription.
- The season ticket holder must show the original season tickets to the employee at the park entrance.
- If a visual check reveals that you are not clearly recognizable in the photo, Kinderpretpark Julianatoren has the authority to ask you to have a new photo taken at the main ticket office. The opinion of Kinderpretpark Julianatoren in this matter is binding.
- The subscription is valid until the end of the relevant season and automatically expires thereafter.
- Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to the physical pass.
- In the event of the loss of the physical pass, the season ticket holder can request a new pass at the main ticket office of Kinderpretpark Julianatoren. An administrative fee of €5.00 is charged for this.
- For the safety of our guests, Kinderpretpark Julianatoren reserves the right to close its doors in the event of large visitor numbers; this also applies to season ticket holders. Kinderpretpark Julianatoren accepts no liability for travel expenses incurred.
- Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park reserves the right to close the park due to unforeseen circumstances. No refund and/or compensation scheme applies in this regard. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park accepts no liability for travel expenses incurred.
- In the event that Kinderpretpark Julianatoren is only permitted to receive a limited number of guests in the park due to unforeseen circumstances, season ticket holders are also required to make a reservation. If a desired visit day is fully booked and you are unable to make a reservation, no refund and/or compensation policy applies.
- Kinderpretpark Julianatoren is not liable for the opening hours and rules of the partner parks, where you, as a season ticket holder, receive one-time free entry or an unlimited discount. Before your visit, always check the website of the relevant partner park to see if it is open and if there are any special conditions regarding the reception of season ticket holders from partner parks. Kinderpretpark Julianatoren accepts no liability for travel expenses incurred.
- Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park reserves the right to change opening days and/or times during the season. No refund and/or compensation policy applies in this regard.
- Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park does not accept returns of previously sold season tickets.
- It is not possible to return previously purchased tickets and deduct their value from the purchase price of a subscription. No refunds will be given for previously purchased tickets when purchasing a subscription.
- By entering the park, the visitor agrees to the park regulations.
