Terms and Conditions for E-Tickets & Admission Tickets

Applicability

1. These ticket terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases (orders), whether made online (referred to as “e-tickets” in these terms and conditions) or at the ticket office (referred to as “admission tickets” in these terms and conditions). In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, Kinderpretpark Julianatoren reserves the right to make a final decision.
2. By entering the park, visitors agree to abide by the park rules. These rules can be found at julianatoren.nl/info/parkregels.

E-tickets

1. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park issues e-tickets featuring a randomly generated unique barcode combined with a unique serial number. After payment, the e-tickets are sent digitally to the provided email address.
2. An e-ticket;
   - grants one person a single-entry pass to Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park,
   - has a limited validity period and includes an expiration date,
   - is activated upon entry,
   - and upon leaving Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park, the e-ticket expires, as do
   any unused components of a package deal.
3. An admission ticket;
   - grants one person a single-entry pass to Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park,
   - is valid on the day of issue,
   - is activated upon entry.
4. Unfortunately, when rebooking a ticket to a different date, no refund will be issued for cheaper tickets.
5. The purchaser must print out the e-tickets or present them digitally and bring them to Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park.
6. Your e-ticket and admission ticket will be checked at the park entrance. Once you have passed through the entrance checkpoint, your e-ticket and admission ticket are no longer valid.
7. The barcodes on the e-tickets must not be folded or damaged. If they are damaged, entry to Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park may be denied.
8. E-tickets and admission tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or discount offers and are not redeemable for cash or other services offered by Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park.
9. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park is not liable if e-tickets and admission tickets have been obtained outside of the regular sales channels.
10. It is not permitted to resell (previously used) e-tickets and admission tickets. If reselling is suspected, Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park may decide to invalidate the e-tickets and admission tickets.
11. If the validity date or period of e-tickets has expired, they cannot be extended or modified, and there is no right to a refund.

Conclusion of the Agreement

1. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without providing a reason. The buyer will be notified of this by email.
2. The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct e-tickets—in terms of type and quantity—and must do so before proceeding with the purchase. The buyer is responsible for accurately providing the information necessary to facilitate payment processing through the options offered on the website. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in the e-tickets not being sent.

Prices and Payment

1. The prices shown are net prices and therefore include VAT. No other costs will be charged or added.
2. E-tickets can only be purchased using the payment methods listed on the website.
3. A rescheduling guarantee cannot be purchased for e-tickets that include an (early-bird) discount.
4. E-tickets with a rescheduling guarantee can be rescheduled through November 29, 2026.
5. If a payment is declined (e.g., credit card or iDEAL | Wero), Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park is not involved in that matter.
6. If a payment that was initially accepted is subsequently reversed (canceled by the provider of the selected payment method), Kinderpretpark Julianatoren may decide to invalidate and cancel the e-ticket(s).
7. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park has limited the number of e-tickets that can be purchased with a credit card to ten. If you need more e-tickets than the allowed maximum, please contact Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park.

Delivery

1. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park will send the ordered e-tickets via email. Delivery time for payments made via iDEAL, Wero, or credit card is typically within 30 minutes; for one-time direct debit payments, delivery is typically within 2–3 business days.

Liability

1. Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park is not liable if the email address provided by the purchaser is incorrect or if the purchaser's email account is not functioning properly.
2. In the event of technical malfunctions of any kind that prevent payments from being processed and/or authorized, or result in them being processed incorrectly or late, Kinderpretpark Julianatoren cannot be held liable in any way.

Right of withdrawal

1.  The 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the “Distance Selling Act” applies to the purchase of undated e-tickets (with a validity period) if the undated e-tickets are still valid at the time of cancellation. This period begins on the day after the buyer receives the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to e-tickets purchased for use on a single fixed date.
2. In accordance with the "Distance Selling Act," no statutory cooling-off period applies to the purchase of e-tickets on a specific date.

Force Majeure

1.  Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park reserves the right to close the park due to unforeseen circumstances. If a guest already has a valid e-ticket, the e-tickets may be rescheduled for another date. Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park accepts no liability for travel expenses incurred.

Other

1.  For the safety of our guests, Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park reserves the right to close its doors in the event of high visitor numbers; this also applies to season pass holders. If a guest is already in possession of a valid admission ticket for that day, the policy allows for the ticket to be transferred to another date within the same season. Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park accepts no liability for travel expenses incurred.
